Rebæl Gastrojuice with Cherries is based on the first cherries of the season, which give the juice a unique elegance and fullness. The best unfermented grape must from Italy has been added to give the juice its slightly sour note. To round off the taste, spices have been added, including smoked oak, which helps to give the juice its depth and exclusivity
Rebæl is two friends' answer to creating high-quality drinks with unconditional love for the craft. It is a unique art form poured into a bottle, created only from nature's best raw materials and ingredients. Nothing else. The idea started in 2018, when two friends met at one of the country's finest Michelin restaurants, and with a shared passion for gastronomy, they agreed to go against the grain and create Rebel. A unique universe of beverages, developed through curiosity and furious perfectionist ambition. They wanted to stay away from additives and artificial flavors, only pure, natural flavors were welcome. And so they did.
