Rebæl Gastrojuice with Raspberry is made from the best Danish rhubarb must from Funen. The must is mixed with a sour raspberry juice, which gives body and references to the Danish summer. Forest brandy and vanilla have been added to this. Forest label gives the juice a freshness expression, while the vanilla supports the sweetness of the juice
Rebæl is two friends' answer to creating high-quality drinks with unconditional love for the craft. It is a unique art form poured into a bottle, created only from nature's best raw materials and ingredients. Nothing else. The idea started in 2018, when two friends met at one of the country's finest Michelin restaurants, and with a shared passion for gastronomy, they agreed to go against the grain and create Rebel. A unique universe of beverages, developed through curiosity and furious perfectionist ambition. They wanted to stay away from additives and artificial flavors, only pure, natural flavors were welcome. And so they did.
