IDEA AND BACKGROUND We are proud to present our latest collaboration brew with Alefarm.

This collab is a celebration of craftsmanship, creativity, and community. Both breweries have brought their expertise and passion for particularly hoppy Double IPAs to the table to create something truly special.

The result is the beer you have in your hand. 'Evil' is a Modern West Coast DIPA that combines a clear and crisp profile with a strong hop character, dominated by delicious tropical fruit notes, as the modern touch in the flavor experience. As a backdrop, you find the more classic west coast notes like pine, grapefruit, and a light malt balance that gives a clean and refreshing finish. Ideal for those who prefer a crisp, fresh, and bitter DIPA.

APPEARANCE Straw yellow and clear (unfiltered) with a fine white foam.

BODY AND MOUTHFEEL Light to medium body from the malt, lively and sparkling carbonation.

AROMA Dominant aroma of citrus from the Citra hops and tropical fruits like guava, pineapple, apricot, and passion fruit from the Idaho 7 hops, backed by more classic west coast notes like grapefruit and pine needles from the Simcoe hops.

FLAVOR Full-bodied and hop-driven flavor with a solid fruity touch on a malt background with a hint of freshly baked light bread. A very intense, tropical, and citrusy hop flavor and fresh and solid bitterness that continues in the long aftertaste.

FOOD MATCH Street food and spicy food (from Mexican, Asian, or Indian cuisine) or a delicious juicy burger. The beer can also stand alone without food or be served with salted nuts as a snack.
