APPEARANCE: Beautiful red colour with a slight haze (unfiltered).
BODY AND MOUTHFEEL: Light to medium body from the pilsner malt, lively and sparkling carbonation.
AROMA: Fresh aroma dominated by red berries, with raspberries being the most prominent. Almost no malt or hop presence in the aroma.
TASTE: Fresh and tart with a clear berry flavour on a light malt background. Malt and hops take a back seat in this beer, allowing raspberries and blackcurrants to shine, contributing only complexity and body to the overall flavour profile.
FOOD MATCH: The beer is ideal as an aperitif on a warm summer day or as a companion to fruity desserts such as sorbets with fresh fruit.
