The Schiøtz series is a tribute to Theodor Schiøtz, who in 1859 founded the Albani Breweries in Odense. Schiøtz was, in addition to being an amazingly skilled brewer, also an internationally recognized botanist. That is why the Schiøtz series is brewed with a touch of botany and Nordic flavors that provide a more complex and exciting taste experience.
