The idea started in 2018, when two friends met at one of the country's finest Michelin restaurants, and with a shared passion for gastronomy, they agreed to go against the grain and create Rebel. A unique universe of beverages, developed through curiosity and furious perfectionist ambition. They wanted to stay away from additives and artificial flavors, only pure, natural flavors were welcome. And so they did.
