Our Cherry Gastrosaft is based on the season’s first cherries, which give the juice its unique elegance and distinctive depth.

A unique combination of the finest juices that delivers an unprecedented taste experience. Taste This Gastrosaft is made from the season’s first cherries, which have a unique acidity and elegance.

To add complexity, we blend in unfermented grape must from Italy, which supports the juice’s vinous character. Plum juice adds depth, while hibiscus and black pepper create perfumed notes.

The juice is infused with dark-roasted oak, giving exclusivity and adding a distinctive tannin structure. Aroma The aroma is elegant with notes of cherry and black pepper, along with a subtle smoky character from the oak.


Serving To enjoy the full flavor, we recommend serving the juice at 12–14°C in a Burgundy glass, which highlights its elegance. One bottle contains about 4–5 glasses.

Gently invert the bottle before pouring. Food Pairing Pairs well with light meat and poultry dishes, such as beef tartare, roasted pigeon, and mushroom-based dishes.

Rebæl is two friends' answer to creating high-quality drinks with unconditional love for the craft. It is a unique art form poured into a bottle, created only from nature's best raw materials and ingredients. Nothing else. The idea started in 2018, when two friends met at one of the country's finest Michelin restaurants, and with a shared passion for gastronomy, they agreed to go against the grain and create Rebel. A unique universe of beverages, developed through curiosity and furious perfectionist ambition. They wanted to stay away from additives and artificial flavors, only pure, natural flavors were welcome. And so they did.
