Our Gastro Juice with Apple is made from the finest Danish apples – both tart and sweet – all contributing to an incomparably rich juice with plenty of body.


Taste

This Gastro Juice is crafted from the season’s best apples and flavored with fresh lemon thyme, which adds a refreshing and herbal note. We’ve added light toasted oak to give the juice an extra dimension and a slightly smoky character, which also improves its viscosity.


Aroma

The aroma clearly reflects the season’s finest apples, with a lightly perfumed tone from the lemon thyme and seductive smoky notes.


Serving

To get the most out of the flavor, we recommend serving the juice chilled in a white wine glass – this enhances the aroma of lemon thyme and smoke. One bottle contains approximately 4–5 glasses. Shake the bottle before pouring.

Food Pairing

Pairs well with starters featuring pan-fried fish and aromatic sauces, as well as bread servings and dishes with cabbage.
