Appearance: Golden amber in colour, unfiltered with a dense white head.
Aroma: The aroma is driven by spicy citrus notes from American aroma hops, resting on a soft and full malt base.
Taste and mouthfeel: Dry and fairly full-bodied, carried by spicy and fruity hops on a pronounced caramel-tinged malt foundation. The bitterness is soft and rounded, with a dry, medium-long, hop-spiced finish.
Food Match: New York Lager is an extremely versatile food beer that pairs well with most dishes. Particularly well suited to light meats, roasted poultry, burgers, pizza, spicy foods, sandwiches, and traditional open-faced sandwiches.
