Nørrebro Bryghus - Alcohol-Free Hoppy Lager

ALC: 0.5% IBU: 35 EBC: 11

Hoppy Lager is both organic and alcohol-free, and it is a beautiful golden modern pilsner inspired by American styles. It is a fresh and crisp lager with a dense, white foam. The beer has distinct, delicious citrus notes from the solid amount of American hops, which also give Hoppy Lager a fresh hop bite. The beer is balanced by a full malt base.

MALTS: Pilsner malt, Munich malt, Cara Hell.

HOPS: Cascade, Simcoe.

APPEARANCE: Golden to amber with a white foam.

AROMA: Fruity with light citrus notes.

FLAVOR AND MOUTHFEEL: Dry and crisp taste with fruity hop notes on a full malt base.

FOOD PAIRING: Hoppy Lager pairs especially well with light meats, burgers, pizza, spicy dishes, but is also a fine companion to the Danish lunch table.

OVERALL: An American-inspired modern lager with citrus notes from the aroma hops and a full malt base.
Nørrebro Bryghus opened its doors in 2003 and from the start was a beacon in the Danish beer culture, which grew together with the brewery. Nørrebro Bryghus has helped shift Danes' attitudes and boundaries towards beer. Many guests have visited the house and over the years have experienced excellent beer and great taste experiences. More than a decade and 250 different beers later, Nørrebro Bryghus is firmly positioned as a focal point in Danish beer culture. With fresh ideas, a love of beer and hard work, the brewers have brewed everything from black to pink, strong to young, summer-fresh to winter-warming types of beer.
