Appearance: Deep golden in colour, unfiltered, with a light cream-coloured head.
Aroma: Clearly hop-driven aroma with complex spicing and distinct citrus notes, supported by a light malt character in the background.
Taste and mouthfeel: Very full-bodied, semi-dry, and rounded flavour carried by both fruity hop character and a deep malt backbone. Pronounced yet balanced bitterness. Long, complex finish with both malt and hops.
Food Match: Bombay IPA is ideal with Asian and Mexican cuisine, rich pork dishes, hearty salads, and dry, flavourful cheeses.
