A clean, harmonious and easy-drinking IPA of the west coast type with a complex spice ring and clear citrus notes
Appearance: Deep golden, unfiltered and light cream colored foam
Aroma: Clear hoppy aroma with complex spice and clear citrus notes with a light malt character in the background
Taste and mouthfeel: Very full, semi-dry and rounded taste supported by both fruity hop character and deep malt base. Marked but balanced bitterness. Long, complex aftertaste with both malt and hops
Food Match: Bombay IPA is ideal for Asian and Mexican food, hearty dishes with pork, hearty salads and dry, flavorful cheeses

Nørrebro Bryghus opened its doors in 2003 and from the start was a beacon in the Danish beer culture, which grew together with the brewery.
