Appearance: Deep golden, unfiltered and light cream colored foam

Scent: Clear hoppy aroma with complex spice and clear citrus notes with a light malt character in the background

Taste and mouthfeel: Very full, semi-dry and rounded taste supported by both fruity hop character and deep malt base. Marked but balanced bitterness. Long, complex aftertaste with both malt and hops

Food Match: Bombay IPA is ideal for Asian and Mexican food, hearty pork dishes, hearty salads and dry, full-flavored cheeses
