Appearance: Light mahogany brown with a reddish tinge, unfiltered with cream colored foam

Scent: The aroma is carried by caramelized malt character with a clear and very rich hop aroma with fruitiness and a touch of strawberry

Taste and mouthfeel: Solid, almost creamy, fullness and a distinctly malty taste characterized by dried fruit, caramel and a discreet sweetness with a hint of fruity hops. Very balanced bitterness and an almost cuddly, medium-long fruity and malty aftertaste

Food Match: Ravnsborg Rød is great for fried meat dishes, most stews, home cooking such as ground beef and meatballs, meat-based smørrebrød and most fine cheeses
