BLANCHE is a fresh Belgian-inspired witbier. A light and unfiltered organic wheat beer with a lovely fruity citrus aroma and a full and sweet taste. In Belgium, blanche is often served with a slice of lemon, so our version has been given a refreshing touch of lime.
MALT / Pilsner malt & wheat malt.
HOPS / Traditional.
APPEARANCE / Hazy and grain golden with white foam crown.
FRAGRANCE / Light sour lime scent.
FLAVOR AND MOUTHFULLNESS /In the beginning there is a light malty sweetness that is elegant changes into a well-balanced lime flavor.
FOOD MATCH / Suitable for light dishes such as chicken, fish, seafood, salads, grilled vegetables and desserts, especially those with fruit.

Nørrebro Bryghus opened its doors in 2003 and from the start was a beacon in the Danish beer culture, which grew together with the brewery.
