Appearance: Clear filtered and bright red
Aroma: Fruity, floral with distinct notes of natural berry aroma, complemented by slightly spicy notes from the yeast.
Taste: Slightly sour with a distinct fruity note. Very discreet malt body and a very understated bitterness. A small hint of sweetness, which disappears quickly in the short, fresh and crisp aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: Very light, very dry and quite lively with very high drinkability.
Food choice: Definitely a beer, which is best suited as an aperitif for snacks and finger food, but will could also be enjoyed with light fish and seafood dishes, salads and fruit-based desserts.
Overall: New Kid in Town '1.0' was clearly an innovative beer in the Danish beer universe with its very light body, discreet acidity and clear fruit and floral notes, and this '3.0' has the same character, although with a more Nordic and clear berry character . So we are dealing with a clear candidate for beer's answer to rosé wine, a perfect thirst quencher on the terrace on a hot summer day. In doing so, it, together with other good contributions to the trend of pleasantly fresh and sour kettle-sourned fruit beers, also gently and lovingly pushes the boundaries of what most would consider beer. There is a really good resonance in it, both in the summer heat and otherwise, when the light and refreshing is paramount

Anders Kissmeyer belongs to the absolute elite of the world's brewers. In 2011 he was voted the best active brewer in the world, and leading Danish beer writers have called him the 3rd most important brewer in Danish brewing history. The KISSMEYER series must be a new benchmark in the world of Craft Beers. The quality and experience of Craft beer fluctuates enormously, and as a consumer it can be a bit difficult to find your way around. Of course, it's always fun to try something new, but in the midst of all this brewing creativity, we see beacons emerging. These beacons represent a high quality that you can count on and at the same time explore new types of beer driven by great curiosity. KISSMEYER is such a beacon. To ensure that KISSMEYER will always be interesting and relevant, we have developed a number of product concepts that we will launch continuously in the years to come. All product concepts stem from Anders Kissmeyer's personal interests and drive. The nature, experiences and relevant beer situations and not least all the good brewing colleagues
