It is important that the Kissmeyer beer, which was to be launched by Beau's, was partly an easily accessible beer, which at the same time expressed the 'soul' of Kissmeyer Beer. Pale Ale fulfills the first purpose, and the 'soul' of Kissmeyer Beer is largely Nordic. In this beer a Nordic 'touch' in the form of rose hips, cranberries, heather, porcelain and juniper, dosed so carefully that the fruit and herbs can not be identified separately, but still gives a noticeable and unique, but discreetly spicy touch.

Appearance: Light amber, rather fruity aroma, both hop-like and warm berry-like. Light hint of malt and a noticeable, herbaceous spicy taste.

Taste: First markedly hops, later slightly fruity, solid malt base and a clear but unidentifiable spicy finish.

Mouthful: Dry, crisp and medium.

Food choices: Pizza, burgers, salads, seafood, light dishes with poultry and pork as well as mild and medium cheeses.
