Black Bird is a fresh beer with pleasant hop notes, which help give the beer its characteristic taste, which is dry and with a discreet hint of fruit. Dark Munich malt is the main ingredient in Black Bird, which in addition to bearing the predicate 'classic' also falls under the category 'under-fermented lager beer'
"The Fuglsang brewery was founded in 1865 by Søren Christian Fuglsang and was until 2021 the oldest family-owned brewery in Denmark. The beer series from Fuglsang is a series of malt-based beers that, with respect for the craftsmanship and raw materials, produce authentic beer according to the South Jutland tradition. Precisely the love for the raw materials and craftsmanship have been passed down through the generations in the Fuglsang family, and it is with deep respect for this passion that we will continue this proud heritage in the future.
