Ceres top pilsner has been the local beer of East Jutland for over 100 years. In 1953, the beer was given the nickname TOP, which it has had ever since. A high fermentation temperature contributes to the formation of more fruity aroma components. In return, not much hops are used in TOP. This results in an easy-to-drink lager.
