IDEA AND BACKGROUND: A weissbier inspired by the mysteries of the East, where we have chosen to add dragon fruit to compliment our choice of hops. At Anarkist, we are rarely completely traditional when we develop beer. Adding fruit that backs up the character of the selected bumblebees was something we started with when we developed our Bloody Wheat. Bloody Weizen thus became a kind of modern hybrid between the traditional Belgian and the traditional German weissbier. Weiss Dragon lays down naturally in extension of our Bloody Weizen. The hop varieties in Weiss Dragon have been selected after having an aroma that is close to that which dragon fruit gives to the beer - this can be experienced as a pear or kiwi. Especially the unique Wakatu ™ hops from New Zealand will lift the aroma profile of this beer.

APPEARANCE: Golden, hazy with a greasy foam.

FRAGRANCE: Clear character of dragon fruit, which smells of pear, kiwi and tropical fruits.

TASTE AND FULLNESS: Good sweetness balanced with bitterness and a strong aroma. Full, refreshing and refreshing with a slightly concluding bitterness.

FOOD MATCH: Accompany to any fruit or chocolate dominant dish. Aperitif as well as dessert.

WHOLE: Fusion beer with fruity notes from wheat malt, hops and added fruit.
The idea behind the Anarchist series is to break down the conventions completely. It is a series of beers born out of a sense of detail. We have been down to the little details, both in relation to brewing the beer, but to a large extent also around the visual expression, which is markedly different from anything else Theodor Schiøtz has previously created. Here, over 100 years after Theodor Schiøtz insulted his last official, his spirit still sits in the walls, and in the back of our heads. Like him, we take pride in exceeding expectations. Theodor taught us to rebel against authority and exceed the expected. We, who must carry on his legacy and name, have rebelled against the expected for our mantra. The Anarchist. Our first series of brews, the Anarchist series, is directly related to the man and his amazing attitude to the world.
