TINY TITAN ALK. 3.0% / IBU 25 / EBC 7 HAZY TABLE IPA
MALTS: Vienna Malt, Wheat Malt, and Oat Flakes
HOPS: Citra and Nelson Sauvin
Idea and Background: Intense and fruity in flavor, but still light enough to enjoy a whole beer and drive home afterward. It took us a long time to develop this beer, as it’s not simple – alcohol also acts as a flavor enhancer. But after several attempts and with great technical know-how from our brewing team, we finally succeeded in creating a beer at 3.0%, but still with the characteristic Anarkist profile and plenty of tropical and floral flavor notes.
The result is Tiny Titan, which we have chosen to call a Table IPA.
Appearance: Straw-yellow in color with a beautiful, white, and creamy foam. Hazy and juicy in the glass.
Aroma: An explosion of tropical notes and citrus from the Citra hops. The Nelson Sauvin hops add a hint of stone fruit, almost resembling green grapes.
Flavor and Mouthfeel: Refreshing, fresh, and with a pleasant aftertaste of stone fruits such as mango and green grapes.
Food Match: Perfect for lunch dishes with chicken, vegetables, and salads. Also pairs well with street food classics like tortillas, bao, Korean Fried Chicken, and burgers.
Overall: A tropical and floral IPA with lots of flavor – and a bit less alcohol than usual.
