IDEA AND BACKGROUND: As always, Anarchist continues to search for the new exciting types of beer among beer enthusiasts and formulate them in a way that they will appeal to the general population. Although the Saison beer style is not new, it has had a renaissance, as it speaks to the current trend with low bitterness and lots of exciting flavors.
Anarkist Sunny Bunny is a beer that draws inspiration from the eastern sun. With a spicy aroma of lemongrass, coriander seeds and lime, it takes us on a mind-hopping trip to a warm sandy beach with delicious spicy food and a good glass of beer. In addition to the flavourings, we have given it an exciting hop composition of the American El Dorado, which gives tropical fruits and citrus, and the German Huell Melon that has notes of honeydew melon and red berries. All this gives a complex aroma that, together with the light and slightly dry body, gives an exuberant experience that lends itself well to food as well as on its own.

The idea behind the Anarchist series is to break down the conventions completely. It is a series of beers born out of a sense of detail. We have been down to the little details, both in relation to brewing the beer, but to a large extent also around the visual expression, which is markedly different from anything else Theodor Schiøtz has previously created. Here, over 100 years after Theodor Schiøtz insulted his last official, his spirit still sits in the walls, and in the back of our heads. Like him, we take pride in exceeding expectations. Theodor taught us to rebel against authority and exceed the expected. We, who are to carry on his legacy and name, have rebelled against the expected for our mantra. The Anarchist.
