The idea behind the Anarchist series is to break down the conventions completely. It is a series of beers born out of a sense of detail. We have been down to the little details, both in relation to brewing the beer, but to a large extent also around the visual expression, which is markedly different from anything else Theodor Schiøtz has previously created. Here, over 100 years after Theodor Schiøtz insulted his last official, his spirit still sits in the walls, and in the back of our heads. Like him, we take pride in exceeding expectations. Theodor taught us to rebel against authority and exceed the expected. We, who must carry on his legacy and name, have rebelled against the expected for our mantra. The Anarchist. Our first series of brews, the Anarchist series, is directly related to the man and his amazing attitude to the world.
