Idea and Background
At Anarkist, we love IPA, hops, and fruit. This beer combines all three elements. We’ve created an IPA where the hops deliver a distinct grapefruit flavor. To enhance this, we’ve added pink grapefruit juice. This way, we combine the best of two worlds: The typical notes of a classic West Coast IPA (characterized by citrus and grapefruit notes) with the floral and enticing notes of a New England IPA.
Appearance: Beautiful pink color with a white head
Aroma:
Clear fruity and floral hop notes reminiscent of citrus and pink grapefruit peel. Taste and Mouthfeel: Refreshing and full-bodied IPA with a pleasant bitterness in the finish.
Food Pairing:
Light fish dishes as well as Asian and Oriental cuisine
Overall:
A beautiful pink IPA with a lovely floral and grapefruit aroma. High drinkability with a pleasant bitter finish.
