Idea and Background We love Easter and spring – the season when you can come out of your winter hibernation and really feel like diving into Anarkist’s fresh, fruity, and floral beer. Therefore, we thought it would be appropriate to brew an Easter IPA with Anarkist’s unique DNA.
Appearance: Straw yellow in color with a beautiful, white, and creamy foam. Hazy and juicy, almost delicate in expression.
Aroma: An explosion of tropical notes and citrus from the Citra hops. Eldorado hops add notes of pineapple, pear, and stone fruit.
Taste and Mouthfeel: Refreshing, fresh, with a pleasant aftertaste of pineapple and stone fruits such as mango and peach.
Food Match: Perfect for lunch dishes and dishes with fried chicken, vegetables, fish, and pies.
Overall: Tropical and floral IPA with lots of flavor and sensations of the first sunshine of the year.
