More than 100 years after Theodor Schiøtz insulted his last civil servant, his spirit still lives on at the brewery. Like him, we take pride in exceeding expectations. This IPA is brewed with a selection of hops that together create a fruity hop character. We have omitted bittering hops, so you are spared the dry bitterness.


Appearance: Lightly hazy/cloudy with an almost orange colour and a beautiful head.


Mouthfeel: A full-bodied and lightly sparkling beer that doesn’t linger for too long, quickly making room for another sip.


Aroma: A delightful aroma of tropical fruits, lemon, and lime, along with a fresh note of elderflower. The malt base can still be detected beneath all the hops and fruity abundance.


Taste: Creamy and very fruity in flavour. All hop notes shine through — first you sense the citrus fruits dancing on the tongue, followed by notes of elderflower.
