Here, over 100 years after Theodor Schiøtz insulted his last official, his spirit is still alive at the brewery. We make it a point of honour, just like he did, to exceed what is expected. This IPA is brewed with Mosaic, Motueka and Citra hops as well as a bit of rhubarb and elderflower, which complements the fruity hop character. We have omitted bitter hops, so you avoid the dry bitterness.

- Appearance

Slightly blurry / fuzzy with an almost orange colour and a nice foam.

- Mouthfeel

Full and lightly bubbly beer that does not linger too long and therefore it quickly provides space for another sip.

- Scent

A delicate scent of tropical fruits, lemon and lime, as well as a fresh aroma of elderflower and rhubarb. However, the malt base can still be scented through all the hops and fruit.

- Taste

Creamy and very fruity taste. Like having a good summer day in your mouth. All the notes from the hops go through, so you first sense all the citrus fruits dancing on the tongue and then find notes of the added elderflower and rhubarb.
