100 years after Theodor Schiøtz insulted his last official, his spirit still lives on at the brewery. Like him, we take pride in exceeding expectations. This IPA is brewed with Mosaic, Motueka and Citra hops as well as a dash of rhubarb and elderflower, which complements the fruity hop character. We have omitted bitter hops, so you get rid of the dry bitterness.
Appearance Slightly hazy/cloudy with an almost orange color and a nice foam.
Mouthfeel Full-bodied and slightly bubbly beer that doesn't linger too long and therefore quickly leaves room for another sip.
Fragrance A delicious scent of tropical fruits, lemon and lime, as well as a fresh aroma of elderflower and rhubarb. However, the malt base can still be smelled through all the hops and fruit glory.
Taste Creamy and very fruity taste. Like having a good summer day in your mouth. All the notes from the hops come through, so that you first feel all the citrus fruits dancing on the tongue and then you can find notes of the added elderflower and rhubarb.

The idea behind the Anarchist series is to break down the conventions completely. It is a series of beers born out of a sense of detail. We have been down to the little details, both in relation to brewing the beer, but to a large extent also around the visual expression, which is markedly different from anything else Theodor Schiøtz has previously created. Here, over 100 years after Theodor Schiøtz insulted his last official, his spirit still sits in the walls, and in the back of our heads. Like him, we take pride in exceeding expectations. Theodor taught us to rebel against authority and exceed the expected. We, who are to carry on his legacy and name, have rebelled against the expected for our mantra. The Anarchist. Our first series of brews, the Anarchist series, is directly related to the man and his amazing attitude to the world
