Here, over 100 years after Theodor Schiøtz insulted his last official, his spirit still lives on at the brewery. Like him, we take pride in exceeding expectations. This IPA is brewed with Mosaic, Motueka and Citra hops as well as a dash of rhubarb and elderflower, which complements the fruity hop character. We have omitted bitter hops, so you get rid of the dry bitterness.

Appearance Slightly hazy/cloudy with an almost orange color and a nice foam.

Mouthfeel Full and slightly bubbly beer that doesn't linger too long and therefore quickly makes room for one more sip.

Fragrance A delicious scent of tropical fruits, lemon and lime, as well as a fresh aroma of elderflower and rhubarb. However, the malt base can still be smelled through all the hops and fruit glory.

Taste Creamy and very fruity taste. Like having a good summer day in your mouth. All the notes from the hops come through, so that you first feel all the citrus fruits dancing on the tongue and then you can find notes of the added elderflower and rhubarb.
