IDEA AND BACKGROUND: The beer has been developed in collaboration with TV host Anders Breinholt, as the official "Natholdet" beer, which i.a. to serve as the concluding beer for their annual television program; Natholdets Julekalender. A light and unfiltered beer that takes the best of the hop world's fruity world and combines it with the lager's pure and crisp taste. When you open the beer, you are greeted by a delicious aroma of grape, mango and other tropical fruits from the American Mosaic hops, which is complemented by fine notes of grapes and berries from the New Zealand hops, Nelson Sauvin. The taste follows the aroma with fruity and almost vinous notes, which are balanced by full-bodied malt and a slightly dry and crisp bitterness, which together give a super fresh and fruity beer.

APPEARANCE: Slightly unclear and straw yellow with thick white foam.

AROMA: Notes of grapefruit, grapes and light berries. Light grain malt aroma.

TASTE AND MOUTHFILL: Slightly dry and crisp taste. The hop bitterness is soft and refreshing, with notes of white wine and tropical fruits. Light malt body with a bubbly carbonation.

FOOD MATCH: Fish, seafood, salads, pork and spicy food.

OVERALL: India Pale lager is a hybrid of a light lager and an IPA. The freshness and light malt body of the lager are combined with the IPA's stronger bitterness and intense hop aroma. A real thirst quencher!
