IDEA AND BACKGROUND: Alcohol-free beers are surging ahead like never before. To expand the options in our range, we now come with a dark alcohol-free beer in the form of Anarksit Mighty Mild Ale 0.5%. The beer is based on the English Mild beer type, which has traditionally been low in alcohol. The beer is malt-driven with several English malt types and has a fine and moderate addition of English hop types. Unlike a Brown Ale or Classic, a Mild is more focused on the roasted malt types with notes of toasted crust and bread. We have added rye malt to give fruitiness and acidity, as well as oats to increase mouthfeel.

APPEARANCE: Copper brown and clear with a thick white foam.

AFRAME: Grainy notes with layers of toasted bread, nuts and chocolate.

TASTE AND MOUTHFULLNESS: A malt-driven beer with notes of grain, caramel, toasted bread and fruitiness from the rye. A beer with a full body, a hint of sweetness and mild carbonation.

FOOD MATCH: Good for lunch or dark dishes, such as stews or perhaps more specifically with a Sheppard's Pie or other British pub dishes.

OVERALL: Full-bodied and malt-driven dark alcohol-free beer with high drinkability
