The idea behind the Anarchist series is to break the conventions completely. It is a series of beers that are born out of a sense of detail. We have been down to the small petitesses, both in terms of brewing the beer, but to a large extent also around the visual expression, which is markedly different from anything else that Theodor Schiøtz has previously created.Here, over 100 years after Theodor Schiøtz insulted his last official, his spirit still sits in the walls, and in the backs of our heads. We take pride in, like him, surpassing expectations. Theodor taught us to rebel against authorities and exceed expectations.
