IDEA AND BACKGROUND: We ride on the wave of our fruity beers, and this time it turned into a sparkling light IPA with lime and lychee that takes you on a tropical journey down into an easy-drinking fruit beer, dry hops with appropriate hop varieties that back up the flavors of the fruit and aroma. The lime will give a light acidity that makes the beer fresh and refreshing.

APPEARANCE: Golden, hazy with a greasy foam.

FRAGRANCE: Clear character of lychee, passion fruit and other tropical fruits.

TASTE AND FULLNESS: Sweetness and acidity in perfect balance with a clear taste of lychee and lime, but without losing the character of beer. Full-bodied, refreshing and refreshingly sour with a slightly concluding bitterness.

FOOD MATCH: Accompany to any fruit or chocolate dominant dish. Aperitif as well as dessert.

WHOLE: Fusion beer with fruity notes from wheat malt, hops and added fruit.
