IDEA AND BACKGROUND: We're riding the wave of our fruit-infused beers, and this time it's a sparkling light IPA with lime and lychee that takes you on a tropical journey down an easy-drinking fruit beer, dry-hopped with appropriate hop varieties to back it up about the taste and aroma of the fruits. The lime will give a light acid that makes the beer fresh and mouth-watering.

APPEARANCE: Golden, hazy with a fat foam.

FRAGRANCE: Clear notes of lychee, passion fruit and other tropical fruits.

TASTE AND MOUTHFULLNESS: Sweetness and acidity in perfect balance with a clear taste of lychee and lime, but without losing the carat of beer. Full-bodied, mouth-watering and refreshingly acidic with a light finishing bitterness.

FOOD MATCH: Accompaniment to any fruit or chocolate-dominated dish. Aperitif as well as dessert.
