IDEA AND BACKGROUND: Inspired by American breweries, we have produced a strong dry-hopped beer that is dry-hopped like a west coast IPA with classic American hop varieties. We used the best the best pilsner malt we could find, along with rice to give a light mouth-watering beer with a crisp finish. The beer is fermented hot with a lager beer yeast, which makes it lay in the borderland between a Pilsner and an IPA. Dive your body into this refreshment that should preferably be enjoyed cold from the fridge.

APPEARANCE: Light, slightly cloudy with a thick white foam head.

FRAGRANCE: Strong hop notes of spruce needles, citrus fruits and flowers.

TASTE AND FULLNESS: Starts light and fresh with a markedly concluding bitterness. Crispy and refreshing and tastes of one more.

FOOD MATCH: Perfect for a good barbeque or strong food like hotwings or tacos.

WHOLE: Refreshingly crisp IPA-ish beer type with strong hop notes, clear bitterness and bright appearance.
