DEA AND BACKGROUND: Inspired by American breweries, we have produced a powerful dry hops beer that is dry hops like a west coast IPA with classic American hop varieties. We have used the best the best pilsner malt we could find, along with rice to give a light refreshing beer with a crisp finish. The beer is fermented hot with a lager beer yeast, which causes it to lay in the borderland between a Pilsner and an IPA. Dive your body into this refreshment that should preferably be enjoyed cold from the refrigerator. APPEARANCE: Light, slightly cloudy with a thick white foam head. FRAGRANCE: Strong hop notes of spruce needles, citrus fruits and flowers. TASTE AND FULLNESS: Starts light and fresh with a markedly concluding bitterness.
