Theodor Schiøtz taught us to rebel against authorities and exceed what is expected. With this Brown Ale, we have let it exceed expectations. In fact, we must admit with false modesty that we have tried to brew the perfect brown ale. It has required 5 choice malts and one of the most classic English hops: East Kent Goldings.

- Mouthfeel
Soft, round, and easily drinkable
- Scent
Caramelized malt and discreet scent of citrus fruits from the hops. You also feel the sweetness of the muscovado sugar in the aroma. In addition, the beer has a discreet biscuit / grain scent, so that the beer grain base is clearly felt.

Medium-bodied and malt-borne flavour - caramel, cereal, chocolate and liquorice - with light sweetness, mild hop bitterness, discrete notes of caramel.
