Idea & Background: At Anarkist, we LOVE fruity and bright beers packed with hops — preferably within the IPA genre. But sometimes, like everyone else, we simply crave a good, solid pilsner.
Perhaps a pilsner made with a bit more love and attention to detail. Decoction mashing and extended lagering time are the two elements that truly help make this a proper pilsner — just with a little more of everything.
Appearance: Straw-golden, clear, with a beautiful white head.
Aroma: Notes of baked brioche, nuts, and a citrus touch from the hops.
Taste & Mouthfeel:Crisp and refreshing, with a hint of bitterness and citrus from the hops.
Food Pairing: Schnitzel, fried chicken — or simply perfect alongside Schlager music.
Overall Impression: A pilsner the way a pilsner should be, with a noticeable extra level of care given to the details.
