IDEA & BACKGROUND
Weissbier, Wheat Ale, Witbier are all siblings in the same family - wheat beer. This category in particular shares the waters of Danes who either love or hate wheat beer. This fight has inspired us to a bloody result; a wheat beer made with blood orange, as we like it the most - with lots of hops and added blood orange. It has resulted in a great taste. The provocative amount of blood orange balances perfectly with the easily spicy notes of the wheat beer yeast.

Yellow / orange "hazy" beer with a nice thick white foam.
FRAGRANCE
Citrus, orange and fruity with an undertone of the well-known grainy character of wheat.
TASTE & FEELING
Full bodied, malt flavour with a soft fruity sweetness from the blood orange, balanced by a moderate bitterness. Fresh, sparkling and airy as only a wheat beer can be.
FOOD MATCH
As an apetirif or for fruity desserts.

A fruit bomb, fresh as a summer day and still full and interesting. The hops and the blood orange get to you first and then you get the well-known characteristics of the creamy wheat beer. Quite complex in its very own way. Anarchism lives in giving people what they want in an unexpected wrap.
