IDEA & BACKGROUND Weissbier, Wheat Ale, and Witbier are all siblings within the same family — wheat beer. This category is particularly polarising among Danes, who tend to either love or hate wheat beer. This battle inspired a rather bloody outcome: a wheat beer with blood orange, crafted the way we like it — with plenty of hops and a generous hit of blood orange. The result is a flavour bomb. The provocative amount of blood orange is perfectly balanced with the light spicy notes from the wheat beer yeast.
