ADDED FLAVOURINGS: None MOSAIC is an American-inspired India Pale Ale with an intense aroma showcasing the unique characteristics of Mosaic hops.
COLOUR AND CLARITY: Amber-golden and brilliantly clear.
BODY AND MOUTHFEEL: Lightly malty mouthfeel with a pleasant lingering bitterness.
BALANCE: Perfect balance between caramel malt and hops.
AROMA: Intense hop aroma with notes of papaya, mandarins, and roses. Dry-hopped late in the process for extra flavour and aroma.
TASTE: The beer’s fresh hop flavour pairs perfectly with summer barbecue evenings on Funen. And when the smoke from the charcoal settles and the food meets the malt sweetness and hop bitterness on the palate, you suddenly taste the very best of Funen all at once.
