MOSAIC is an American-inspired India Pale Ale with an intense aroma of the unique characteristics of Mosaic hops.
COLOR AND CLARITY: Amber-golden and crystal clear.
BODY AND MOUTHFEEL: Light malty mouthfeel with a lingering bitterness.
BALANCE: Perfect balance between caramel malt and hops.
AROMA AND SCENT: Intense hop aroma with notes of papaya, mandarins, and roses. Dry hopping at the end of the process for extra flavor and aroma.
TASTE: The beer’s rich flavor with invigorating caramel notes pairs perfectly with Fyn cuisine. When the smokiness and freshness of the food meet the sweetness and bitterness of the hops in your mouth, you suddenly taste the best of the entire island at once.
