MOSAIC is an American-inspired India Pale Ale with an intense aroma of the unique characteristics of Mosaic hops.
COLOR AND CLARITY: Amber-golden and crystal clear.
BODY AND MOUTHFEEL: Light malty mouthfeel with a pleasant subsequent bitterness.
BALANCE: Perfect balance between caramel malt and hops.
AROMA AND SCENT: Intense hop aroma with notes of papaya, mandarins, and roses. Dry hopping at the end of the process for extra flavor and aroma.
TASTE: The beer’s full-bodied taste with invigorating caramel tones pairs perfectly with Funen cuisine. When the smoke and freshness of the food meet the sweetness and bitterness of the hops in your mouth, you suddenly taste the best of the entire island at once.

Founded by Theodor Schiøtz in 1859, the Albani Brewery was one of the city's first industrial enterprises. The brewery was located where it is still situated, in the Odense city centre.H.C. Andersen was a big fan of Albani. In a letter from one of his many stays in his hometown, he wrote about the brewery's product: "I can't praise this beer highly enough. It is refreshing, delicate and strong. Try it! " There were many who listened to H.C Andersen and tried the beer, and today people still drink it. From being a local company in the town of Odense, Albani has long since become the preferred beer brand for the citizens of Funen. Today, you find friends of Albani in all parts of Denmark where you can get the Funen brew.
