A crisp and refreshing session IPA with a distinct elderflower character

Appearance: Light amber in color with very light and rich foam

Scent: The scent is carried by the elderflower, which is complemented by citrus-influenced aroma hops

Taste and mouthfeel: Light and dry taste, where fruity hop flavor and bitterness are complemented by elderflower and a slightly sweet and nutty note from the spelled malt. Short and harmonious, floral aftertaste

Food Match: Elderflower Session IPA goes well with lighter food, fish, shellfish, salads and poultry, but also spicy food, burgers and pizza as well as most cheeses
