75 CL. CLASSIC FRESH AND EASY-DRINK WHEAT BEER

The starting point for Lottrup American Wheat Ale is a classic Witbier, but this beer has been given a "classic" Lottrup touch with a cold aroma hop (dry hops) with American and New Zealand aroma hops.

The scent is classic "Belgian" with cloves and banana - an aromatic scent with a clear, fruity and spicy hint of aroma hops.

The taste is slightly fresh with a distinct wheat character and an almost imperceptible malt body, complemented by classic Belgian notes of cloves and banana as well as a distinct hint of aroma hops. Ultra short, crisp and hopy aftertaste.

The body is very light, and gives a slightly lively mouthfeel with relatively high carbonation.

Lottrup American Wheat Ale is the natural third leg after two other successful 75 cl. launches last year: US Belgian Blonde Ale and US Belgian Dubbel. All three variants can be found in our Lottrup mix pallet.

In Denmark, 75 cl. the format continues to grow. The size is the perfect sharing beer, and in the wheat beer category there is a growth in value of 11%.

The Lottrup series is a tribute to merchant, brewer and brandy burner Malthe Conrad Lottrup, who in 1856 founded Ceres Bryggeriet in Aarhus. The brewery is named after the Roman goddess of grain and fertility "Ceres". The honored brewery is still strongly present in Aarhus today, among other places. as the main sponsor of AGF and the home ground Ceres Park.
